Certification is obtained by completing a workshop provided by Wish Consulting. Results from the workshop will be compiled into a personalized strategic plan for creating a positive employee-centered work environment. The workshop utilizes science-based metrics and Wish Consulting’s 8 core pillars for a positive culture. After receiving the certification, your organization may use The Human Capital Project Certified logo for one year on all marketing materials, recruitment, and social media. After certification, a yearly strategic plan review will be conducted for renewal.
